Do any of you guys remember this extremely odd cartoon with these mutli-colored creatures and surreal backgrounds? It looked like a French or Canadian cartoon, possibly German or British. It's at least 15 years old. Its title starts with Z or something I haven't seen it since I was five. Please help me I've checked tvtome's database and I still haven't found it.

It sounds like "Zoobilie Zoo", except that it's not animated or foreign.
