ryu. it would be ust one long string of an ass kicking for deadpool dark or otherwise.

Ryu could easily beat him anytime.

ryu would pull out a zenpukyaku (i tihnk thats the hurricane kick) then toy with him then use a shinku-hadouken just to wipe him off the face of the earth but not before doin a shoryuken just to show sagat that kick boxing sucks

obviously ryu wins, but deadpool is immortal, so even though ryu will defeat him, he wont be able to kill him.
