well it depends on wich marvel version marvel, if its the weaker one it goes to torch, if its the stronger one it goes to him,

o wait, spiderman is here to, and well he always wins somehow, but if this isnt a comic book but a real fight torch takes it

Phil Urich? He was the Green Goblin for like a month, why would you bother including him? Plus it doesn't matter which Captain Marvel it is, he would take it. Human Torch is not that powerful, unless something has happened in the past year.

Captain Marvel is like Superman level. But I guess it'd depend on how many weapon power-ups Megaman gets, heh.
