according to carver devil hulk is like toaa level

They have no feats of hurting someone as strong as durable as Hulk. And any damage they can do with their hooked chains, Hulk could easily just regenerate it off.

And they have no real durability feats either, so a single thunderclap should disintegrate most of them. Of course, it's possible they could just respawn... but Hulk should easily be able to KO them again.

Aren't the Cenobites physical beings? "Demons" in the Hellraiser universe aren't spiritual beings. Any version of Hulk should absolutely wreck them, in or out of the Labyrinth.
