Hi guys - want to find out from members in Philippines if you can get a mod chip in the Phils (Cebu City to be specific) which allow PAL version PS2 games to used on a NSTC PS2 console purchased in the Phils?
Secondly does anybody know if an Aussie PS2 console moded to work on NSTC will have problem holding screen display from rolling as built for 50 Hertz supply in Oz (240V 50 Hertz) when run on a Philippine TV running on 220V and 60 Hertz power supply in Phils?
