ok, mainstream does not include the asgardians, or the cosmic beings, only the characters that exist in all three universes can fight.

This is too broad to be a good topic. I'd say mainstream wins. They just get Living Tribunal to destroy the other two universes because he rules over all marvel multiverses.

I say Mainstream... it has so many more characters that died in AoA or arent even present in ultimates.
