just after the "darth vader" words for a split second u can see obi holing the lightsaber from ep4 to anakins face, sidious loks ****ing class!

Well just by judging that 1 1/2 seconds of delightful footage, it gives my hope that this might be a great movie, maybe no the best of all the Star wars episodes but at least the best of the prequels.

Sidious does look a bit unusual. He doesn't look like the Emperor that we're all familiar with. In fact, he doesn't quite resemble Ian McDiarmid at all.

Man I think this film is going to live up to be the darkest in the trilogy sidious looks vicious with that lightsaber and wonder what the hanger in that ship goes to because it is big ship.

WOW. That looks amazing...a much DARKER Star Wars movie anyone? Can't freakin wait...What's up with the emperor though like people have mentioned? Doesn't quite look like how I remember him...but still freaky as heck. I mean, I don't remember such viscious teeth, but then again we've never seen him attacking or fighting in the form of the deformed emperor until now have we? Episode 3 looks promisingly the best of the series and an awesome movie. The guy at TFN said it knocks the other two movies down and totally blows them away.

I waited to see it on Access Hollywood, and I was just....... wow.......

In that clip, Palp looks like an angry, rabid woodland creature that had just been disturbed by poachers...

What do you think Palps was doing in that scene. I thought it was a final blow, like a decapitation/baseball swing by the look of it.

The only other time I saw a swing like that I think in SWU, was Anakin in EP2 when he decapitated that Tuskien.

No such thing for Ep 3. This is it. The fall. I want to be affected by this movie, not just entertained.

"Not dark enough", is what I think the fear is, at least for me. All that funny crap, like 3PO spouting the worst one liners ever during the otherwise awesome arena fight, need to be kept to a minimum on this one. But if that shot of Sidious is any indicator, Ep 3 is gonna be good....and dark.

Why do they always show the best stuff in the trailers? The scene with Sidious i would rather not see until the big screen.

sometimes what you see in the trailers isnt included in the movie itself.
they do clips specifally for the trailer only

and sometimes actors are given a different speech in the trailer rather than in the movie

both may be classed as 'cut scenes'

i took the day off college to see it, but still no trailer

For those of you who may be Hyperspace members after ya watch the trailer look through your internet cache and the trailer will be in there. Ya wont be able to save the trailer by normal Quicktime means (with the 'Save as Movie' option in Quicktime) but you will be able to save it by looking through your cache and moving it to a different folder and saving it there on your comp. I used todo this all the time before I knew how to umm lets say "do some things that should not be mentioned on a forum".

I will be at work when the trailer comes out so I wont be home until 5pm PST but after viewing the trailer look through your cache and you will find the trailer in there, yes even streaming video saves the file in your cache.

Be aware though Lucas and SW.com will have people patrolling the internet today putting out fires (so to speak) of forums and websites that use the above method and similar means to host the Trailer on their own sites. So even if ya do get it and put it on the net to let others see it just be warned that ya might get contacted to take it down asap as the places that get it today are suppose to have it exclusively this weekend for their members before it comes out in general release on Monday.

I use Firefox all the time but for saving streaming video files I use IE to watch the streaming video as it much easier to look through IEs cache to save it. This is the only reason I use IE anymore, oh and Windows Updates too

and where exactly do I find the temp files for IE? I have been saving all my HS vids with QT Pro.

the file should be in your 'explorer' folder under your prefs (i know its there for mac anyway) i know, i know, i've never posted before, just been silently lurking around here for a few months. i'd rather get my fix here then at TFN. anyway, priestess, hope it helps.

For IE streaming video files:

Control Panel > Internet Options > General Tab > Settings button > View Files button

then under the Type column look for MOV and the streaming quicktime file for the movie will be there, open your My Documents folder and either drag the file to there or right-click and copy/paste it to your folder where ya saves movies to

For IE they're stored on "Temporary Internet Files" on Windows folder.

Youy can do a search of "*.mov" kind of files to reach them

if i get it, i may be able to encrypt it. let me know if that needs to be done
