Yea the Omega beam is pretty damn strong i dont even know if Thanos would be able to take it.

andyway thanos destroys surfer one on one with nothing else all the time, and surfer has got alot more than those little omega beams

Yes Darkseid is a copy, and normally I always prefer the original, but Thanos is just so much cooler and smarter. So I think Thanos will win, but it can go either way.

Those scans...Michael Turner? Forgot the name of the maxi series; was actually pretty entertaining to read.

I'd go with Thanos now; Darkseid pre-crisis.

Galactus "took" the Omega Beams also. They actually had zero effect. I thought Darkseid's Omega Beams left Superman smoking before?

By the way Darseid and Thanos tie. But according to their respective scripts in each other's universe. Thanos would probably win be DC makes Darkseid a lot weaker than he should be. He should cream superman and tie Thanos. He owns a friekin' planet and could own the solar system. READ AND COMPREHEND THIS PRECEDING STATEMENT.

Pre-crisis Darkseid would see Thanos as a less than worthy foe, back then DS was in the catgory above skyfather by a smidge.

Now? Who cares....he's turned into shit.
