I tried hun, says its too big

but you should be able to just right click and save as.

certain softwares will let you pull clips and images from movies (DVDTOMPEG).......and another one will trim and size animated gifs for you. a combination of the two and voila

12345m, if you wish to do a 3d effect like that last gif,
i would suggest using a high resolution image, and scale it in reverse,
large to small. this way you will have no blurring as you do when scaling
small to large.

Now I know its not faster cause I just checked and I stil have the edit wheere I slowed it down. And I like it better darker. More colors.

Yeah, yours is slower.

Here, the smaller one clearly moves WAY faster. Just adding another perspective. I've seen different browsers run the same gif at different speeds on rare occasions. Someone at MF once had a walking AT-AT as their avatar and it walked insanley fast here but walked fine at work. Go figure.
