So i think he's givin her his power at times but what if she fought him for it?

Oh ya he used to not be able to read her mind very easily when she was w/ C. Danvers persona. She coulda pulled it off then.
I forgot now he can eaisly forsee her attack.
Still she could absorb someone who he has trouble reading or wear a psi shield and then just touch him for a few seconds.
Then she could kill his mind. Then his body.

He would rape her mind before she could get to him.

Yeah Rogue isn't going to be successful. It takes Xavier two seconds to shut down someone's mind, and if he's fighting for his life, he won't have difficulty reading her mind because he won't be gentle. Sometimes he has difficulty if he's afraid it might harm them.

She can't even sneak up on him. It's highly to one sided. She can't even lie to him.

It will go like this

Rogue: Hey Professor (Thinks: I'm gonna kill you Wheelchair uncle)
Prof X: I don't think so

(Telepathical shut down thought: approximately 0.05seconds)
