That's right but I have to know what their prupose is. They don't look like tenements anyway... Something industrial maybe?

isnt that from an episode I deleted scene ?? when they hop in the air taxi after they arrive and it takes off showing a bit more of the planet ?? please correct me if i am mistaken because i havent seen those deleted scenes in ages and im not 100% if that is indeed where the pic is from
