Moose from the Archie comics and Bane from the Batman comics. one is strong, but dumb and the other is strong but sporting an outfit as if he's a WWF reject

Archie characters are ridiculously conflicting in what they are and capable of. Jughead has shown to be a master chef in one panel, but a complete dope with food in another. One Moose version can be taken down my Jughead, while another takes down walls with his head for a kick.

Despite his emphasized strength, Moose would probably be no match for Bane in normal circumstances, unless Bane begins hitting on Midge, where no character would survive his wrath.
