I think I'd have to say Nightwing.

I'm going with either Nightwing or Clayface.

First to get out I think would be Killer Croc, then Bane, then Clayface

I could go along wit dat.

Killer Kroc might not be suitable in this fight for after all, he got his arm broken twice by Bane and would have been defeated in two consecutive terms if not for the underwater bridge that gave way to their weight. I can see Nightwing or Clayface winning based on circumstances.

The winners would either be Bane or Nightwing. Bane is a near-genius with super strength (yes ....he is extremely smart in the comics, unlike that stupid movie), and Nightwing is Batman-lite. I don't know how far Batman-lite would go (now, the Batman would win), but Nightwing has something of a chance.
Thus the last two standing would be Bane and NW.
The winner would be who is least injured (n.b: a healthy Bane vs a healthy NW would mean an injured NW in no time).
