Battlestar was a Bucky Replacement when John Walker (USAgent) became Cap. Later he took the name Battlestar after one of his friends said Bucky was demeaning to him (it's demeaning to everyone, but this was mostly because it had a civil rights slant, and Battlestar is african-american).
