Honestly, what is there that Omega Red could do against an android made completely of liquid metal? He can't absorb it's energy or use his death pheremones, cause the T-1000 isn't alive.

he couldn't hurt the T1000 with anything (unless the fight took them to a conveniently located metal slagging facility)

OR is not an idiot.He would probably slash with his tentacles the T-1000's body into pieces, seeing him reassembling, he would try to make huge things like a small building crushing on him, it wouldn't work too, Omega will obvious try to send on flame to T-1000, seeing that the heat is in some way working he'll find a source of great heat like the slagging facility and finally get the job.

how would he "obvious try to send on flame to T-1000" even if he worked out all the problems with that sentence i'm pretty sure he doesn't carry around a flamethrower
