who wins and why

This pretty much like Superman vs. the Hulk. Captain Marvel may win. However he has a childlike demeanor. His magic lightening may turn the tide.

dosnt Hulk have child like demeanor? Anyways this would be a cool fight but another one Hulk cant win imo. Just like in the Superman debate Cap. Marvel has too many resources to fall back on to win. Shazaam by the way has the wisdom of Solmon who I think is pretty intelligent.

Captain Marvel does have the Wisdom of Solomon. But his psyche is completely different. He has the mind of a pre-teen. He's very gulliable and very innocent. He doesn't exactly have a true warrior's mentality.

Captain Marvel is more likely to win than the Hulk. He has a lot of powers and experience.
