But on the other hand, Hawkeye and Green Arrow are great combatants with both the bow and the arrow and the hand to hand.Hawkeye was trained from childhood and from Captain America when he becomes an hero.I think it's close

Ok I go with the Legolas . Because the elf has ESP I don't mean psychic either. And plus Legolas uses his bow a lot
