Spawn easily he can do anything with his powers.

spawn, he is a killer like dd so he's not going to hold back. he can teleport his brain out of his body, if he wants to spare that much energy. or teleport him away all together. Or he can use his magic to put him in an eternal slumber.

If spawn is normal powered then it would be a big ass fight and maybe not even last just a single battle but if its god spawn then yeah Doomsday is screwed.
