What happens to the young jedi in trainning; the kids we see in ep II. Young as in 8 to 13 years of age. Do we get to see some sort of killing envolving them?

This has been talked about alot in other threads like the finished shots thread, Its said that when Anakin and the Troopers invade the Temple they kill everyone, but i believe that atleast the part with the younglings id just "implied" so you'll know but you may only see a second of it. I wouldnt have a problem with them showing it i REALLY want Anakin to come across as a complete mean a**hole in this movie for a good reason not for being a cry baby like in E2.

They were in pieces on the ground, so you wouldn't really be able to tell. and I think they are talking about a different pic.

i didn't think GL would touch on a subject like that! Killing little kids is a sensitive subject, but i guess the movie has to address the issue.

i hope nick's cameo is not just a quick swing-and-hes-dead thing.

any jedi left in the temple is killed off. any younglings out on missions run away and then die later.

Well, seeing as how Obi says 'that boy was our last hope' in regard to Luke, I think that should just about answer whether or not any younglings were 'shelved for future training purposes'

Very true, there. But maybe some escaped, but were still killed before Ep IV

I'm completely unspoiled but I still knew that the kids are killed...

I hope they at least get a few cuts in, take down some clones, maybe even make a valiant stand against anakin, but are soon chopped up. I'd be more heroic.
