Flash wins here. I don't think the battle is as one sided as all that. Firelord might shield himself after the initial speedblitz, then unleash an area attack strong enough to vape a city. He could also teleport Flash into space or just into the air, to disorient him for a moment.

Firelord wins. Easily. Flash is completely overrated here. Firelord has flown 90 million miles in an instant, literally, so it's not like he's slow and like he's not gonna see Flash coming. All Pyreus has to do is go airborne and whats Flash gonna do? I'll tell you what, he's gonna run around dodging Firelord's blasts until Pyreus gets pissed off and just nukes the whole planet. And btw, yes, Firelord can destroy a planet.

Seriously though, it's not very often that the Flash actually displays the ability to fight characters like Firelord. He has plenty of low feats where he's fought and lost characters that can't even be compared to herald level beings. And what's Flash' plan for taking out Firelord? Is he going to hit him?
