Hey, I was surfin the web when I found this... a band called the Black Mages recorded a bunch of FF battle themes in Metal/Rock style, and they're awesome despite the unoriginal name. They can be found here for download: http://www.geocities.com/akai_sakura/TBM.html

My favorites as of now are Clash on the Big Bridge, J-E-N-O-V-A, and Dancing Mad.. but I love them all. Clash on the Big Bridge from FFV sounds a lot like Battle with Gilgamesh from FFX too...

What I posted is all I could find; if anyone finds anything else feel free to post. No Terra's Theme there, but I hope they release it/someone finds it soon! That would be one awesome piece to hear by them.

Ahh yes, the Black Mages. I have that CD (bought it in my local Japantown), and it kicks so much ass.

A good song to find would be One-Winged Angel Sephiroth's theme song

plz tell me if they do terra's theme! i have like 4 versions of it already...

good stuff, but the other FF7 song fighter further or whatever...I kinda liked the original beat better. but the others are great

Do they have more than one CD? Do they plan on releasing anymore..?

final fantasy 8 has alot of dance songs, like the boss song, and Laguna's battle theme
