If by Phoenix you mean Jean with the Phoenix Force, then the Phoenix literally lobotomizes Jjon Jjonz.
However, if you mean Jean the mutant (and not Jean plus an intergalactic entity) then Jjon Jjonz basically sets slays her psyche! Easy.
