Really this fight might work. Kurt just has to think to teleport, but he does have to think and move to land on his opponent or what not.
Quicksilver can maybe reach him by the time Kurt orienents or even by line of sight since Kurt can only go so far.
I'd have to say that Petro may win this one.

The current QuickSilver could wipe the floor with NightCrawler. Currently QuickSilver can run at mach speed, which while nowhere near Flash speedlevels is still really fast. I think he has shown himself able to run several times the speed of sound. And he can accelerate from standtill to max instantly.
Quicksilver could handle Nightcrawler.

Infact i will even go out on a limb and say that the old Quicksilver, who could run at around 165mph, could still take out NC. 165mph, with instantenous acceleration, is still serious speed. Especially the instantaneous acceleration part.
