Does anyone know what kind of metal/substance Juggernaut and Magneto's helmets are made of?

Juggy's helmet is made of some mystical metal. It's been theorized that it's not magnetic and non-conductive. The name of the metal was never revealed.

Magneto's helmet's is made from the same iron mesh components as his armor - nothing special, just similar to Doom or Iron Man. But what makes it powerful is the fact that it's molecularly reinforced by his power.
