Powerful villains who have made names for themselves fighting powerful heroes. If the two met one day by chance, and for whatever reason this meeting turned to combat, who would win? Would Nefaria's strength and regen see him through, or would the skills that Carnage possesses allow him to succeed?

I think Count Nefaria would kill Carnage with one punch. Not
even a strong one at that.
