Black Cat with or without powers?
She gets my vote anyway. Batman sucks.

Batman easy.

Batman will win because of how he fights.
He analyzes his opponents and he fights realistically.
Blackcat flips around and throws little moves here and there.
Her styles of direct fighting consists of slow one move attacks.
Batman is faster and can barrage her with combos.
Its in the speed and style of fighting that determines the winner, sometimes.
