Ice-Man supposedly can't be killed, is composed of ice and can lower temperature to freeze stuff

Hydroman supposedly can't be killed, is composed of and can control water

bobby can turn to water too, he can also turn to wator vapor....i dont really know the full extent of hydromans powers, so could someone explain? as of right now though i think iceman can take him.

Bobby can freeze water. therefore he wins.

his name's Morrie Bench and he can become and control all forms of water, Ice-Man will be able to freeze him but Hydroman can still control all the water around himself while frozen..... including Ice-Man (i believe)

Hydro man has been upgraded...he'd win..sorry bobby.

after Wizard recently upgraded him, his powers r pretty freaking lethal...he can decimate most human characters now...and Iceman's being made of ice would be a serious draw back against someone who can control all forms of water.

I always liked Hydro-Man.

If he can still control water while frozen, then him. If not, then Ice-Man.
