Who exactly has been gloriously banned from the Episode 3 forum?? Does the Restricted tag above users avatar mean that they are banned. Sorry for making my first pointless thread but there seems to be no other forum to post this in...

As soon as a non-bs answer has been posted, Ushgark or somebody close the thread.

if somebodys banned then it says 'restricted' under their username yes
