With preptime Dr. Strange wins easily. Without Gladiator wins easily.

With prep=Dr wrapping him up in crimson bands of cyttorak
Without= Gladiator swooping down at near light speed and taking Dr's head off.

don't matter...Doc Strange could just say some magical mumbo jumbo and Gladiator would go the way of the dinosaurs
