ultraman is a lot faster than brb. probably stronger, has superman running. he doesnt hold back with his powers like clark. he took out a bunch of citizens with a huge blast of heat vision. ultraman has this.

No, he isn't. Beta-Ray Bill is faster. He can trandxcend lightspeed with his hammer, and fights cosmic level opponents regularly. He's like Thor, except he's written way better. He'd cream Ultraman or Supes.

does he fight at light speed or just travel at light speed. because ultramn can fight pretty close to it.

When Bill's in heated battle, he's freaking RUTHLESS....
Bill grabbed Stardust's (herald of Galactus) spear/axe
and hammered it through the guy's chest!!!
In the recent issue, he goes against this evil entity
who's leeching off the life-forces of his people.
Bill gets so pissed he shoves his hand down the entity's throat,
grabs hold, then starts pummeling it's head with his hammer.
Bill is freaking vicious when in battle.

Ultraman is evil and uses his powers full-out from the start. The trade off is he's arrogant as hell, and will underestimate a 'fancied-up horse-faced buffoon' (he will think.) BRB is hard-core enough to give it to him hard, but with no magic weakness this match can go either way.
