i am almost positive that teleppathic attacks don't affect doomsday or at least they didn't. but i might be wrong

so there are a few heroes who will do all the work and a bunch of heroes who will stand around trying not to get killed?

I dont get why these teams always have random people who aren't going to do anything in this fight.
