This one boils down to what MM's telepathy can do to Bill.
Beta Ray Bill's body is a genetically engineered cyborg/android.
He was the only one of his race to survive this procedure intact.
If MM's telepathy affects him, then MM wins. Otherwise Bill has way
too much power in Stormbreaker for MM to handle for long.
Great fight either way. Great thread. Kudos.

Bill owns. Have you seen the new look they're wheeling out for him? Looks pretty cool, still Asgardian, but more of a definitive individual look.

It looked more like a grimace of "I'm going to punch you in the ovaries" than "oh crap!!!! it's spidey!!!11!". To me at least.

As to why he's fighting Spidey. Well I guess he's just happening across him in New York. But why is he in New York....

You really can't show more than one or two emotions when you have no cheeks or lips.

Manhunter can dish out the physical hurt too...he's not just a telepath. That said, Bill still takes it, though it wouldn't be an easy fight.
