Not really a fight but Roughhouse gets one free shot on Spidy as hard as he can with out Spider-man dodging it. Does Spider-man fold like a lawn chair or does he get up and rub his head? I'm voting folds like a lawn chair!

One free shot ? Hm, that's not very fair, but this "one free shot" can kill Spider-Man.

Without that, SM easily wins. Not only because Roughhouse is just your basic strong guy, but because they fought already : Spider-Man defeated him AND Bloodscream at the same time, and he was playing with them.
