Who takes it?

I wonder if the Lizard's HF would counter the Reaper virus.

Very interesting match up. The healing factor is Lizard's saving grace here and because of it i say he wins

Since it's a death match then I'm guessing the reaper virus won't turn the Lizard or anything, Lizard is winning this...he'll rip Nomaks head clean off

The only chance Nomak has is if the Reaper Virus can turn the Lizard.

And considering the virus has supernatural origins. It's a possibility.
But we will never know so it all boils down to both duking it out.
(even in comic feats vampirism has afflicted characters like Spidey and Wolverine)

-The Lizard was strong enough to pin Spidey down. He's most probably stronger as Nomak.
-Nomak is more agile from what I remember. He leapt around the battleground at the end of Blade II.
-And Nomak's HF was actually more impressive than the Lizards. Reapers survived brain death. Got cut down the middle and instantly reformed. Nomak tanked barrages of assault gun fire, kept standing and then ran.
The Lizard took fire from a SWAT team, fell and laid low whilst it healed and played dead.

Nomaks only chance in this fight is to somehow get something into the Lizard's brain and keep it there.
If these guys rushed each other of course the Lizard should get the upper hand and eventually attempt to tear Nomak's head off
(Which Reapers still survived) and it would be a win.

And considering this is a Bloodlusted fight. That's exactly the way this fight will pan out.

If this fight wasn't a blood lusted battle. Nomak would have an arguably better chance.
