Twist. The Joker gets bored and goes to NYC and decides to **** with the Kingpin's organization.

Not a H2H fight or anything. Joker just wants to see if he can take down the Kingpin's business. Via the most amusing means he can think of . Any means he chooses. Business and Personal.

Can this version of KP stop him?

The Hand rip Joker apart, Baleman was a garbage fighter (still great 2 movies, 1 ok)

Also, unlike Bruce it would be hard for this Joker to lure KP out.

I dunno...the More I See of This KingPin the more I think he is an emotionally messed up weenie.
Joker would have him tied up in knots in days.

It took a very special set of skills and luck for Matt to find out who Kingpin was. Joker doesn't have access to stuff like that.

Joker gets wrecked. He was awful when it came to fighting skills. Just some loon.
