Does Batman have his suit?
If so, then in h2h combat, any member of team1 can lose to anyone on team2.

If it's melee (with swords), Kingpin and Punisher lose to anyone on Team 2.
Daredevil can beat Bane.
Batman still has the armored suit advantage.

Daredevil could beat up the entire opposing team by himself
