The Spider-Woman from New Avengers vs. Black Widow I

Jessica Drew outside of her identity but an inkling of her powers was beaten by local thugs in Madripoor. Black Widow once was nearly pawned by a handful of the Hand (not the best of her showings of course). Err... Jessica as Spiderwoman should win.
