Supes. He moves faster than the speed of light in this form. Can also teleport, still has Supes strength, can become intangible, controls the electromagnetic spectrum (as Mags) does...and so many powers I forgot what else he can do.

Current Mags is a god, and can control much more than the electro-magnetic scale. Where's demigawd? He knows Magneto good.

Can he move/think faster than light and stop teleportation?

For just about all of the reasons i gave in the supes vs SS thread magneto would win this without a doubt. Supes is too susceptible to proficient energy wielders in this form and you dont get a human much better than magneto at this. He's been captured and contained by such people, he's susceptible to excessive radiation intake, he tires himself out using his electromagnetic powers a lot easier than his standard form got tired. Mags would take this. He's had these powers for decades. Supes was new to these when he had them and was discovering new abilities every few issues. Mags' control is far superior and he would undoutably win this fight eventually
