Ive been here a whole year I joined the 27th, so...why can't I use the big avatars?

My guess is you have to wait till the actual hour you joined KMC to get a bigger av. Since if you registared last year today but later than it is now, the program wont registared it as you being here a year.

coz i really don't believe that raz is doing it manually

I figured it out, it does indeed go by the hour and the day that you signed up.
