nope.... Asgardian Destroyer is Odin-like... to good for 8th day Juggy....

I say slight edge to the Destroyer...with a proper user inside of it (it's usually Odin or Thor...and otherwise it's just a lifeless piece of metal) it puts the wielder well above Skyfather. Odin originally constructed the Destroyer to battle Celestials.

Well I read his normal hand blasts cut through Mjolnir, so if this is true I would say the main gun could take down even 8th day Juggy.
