This fight might work.taz Namor is 80 ton fresh out of the water but reduces to more like Rogue's former strength of 55 tons after he has been on land for a while.
I think Power Man or Luke Cage if that's what he goes by now, if some where between 45 and 60 ton strength.
Plus he has that skin.

In a recent Handbook of the Marvel Universe, Cage was listed as 25 tons. He has steel hard skin, while Namor has invulnerability and doesn't even notice the pressure in the deepest parts of the ocean. He eats chumps like Cage for breakfast.

Cage is tough, but he's going down against Namor. Cage will be KO'd after a few minutes. In or out of water.

Plus Namor can fly. Luke would be looking up at him while Namor dropped heavy debris from above.

another mismatch

luke cage is 25 tons, but Namor: when in water: high cl 100
- fresh out of water: low cl 100
- dried out: cl 85
