That scantily-clad woman doesn't distract me from the truth...although...NO! Bloodstorm wins.

If you said she couldn't use her weather control powers, then blade definitly, or maybe if she couldnt use like... lightning.... then maybe.... but still highly doubtful.

she os almost at dr.stranges level in magic, has better weather powers than thor(he trained her). bloodstorm wins w/out breaking a sweat. also she isn't affected by vamoires weaknesses due to her being apocolypses death
