i think scarlet spider would win

Peter's got so much more going for him....experience, determination, and all around heart.

Ben Reilly's too headstrong and often acts on impulse. He's relying a lot on cloned memories and skills so he would have less time to adapt to a fighter that's "been there, done that" like Peter. Sure he's got some gimmicks like impact webbing and stingers, but that's probably not enough to beat the one and original Spidey. I think what Ben can take advantage of is Peter's extremely sensitive guilt to everything he feel he's done wrong--Uncle Ben, Gwen Stacy, etc. Ben Reilly can use Peter's insecurities against him. Furthermore, Peter has a "big brother" type of feeling towards Ben since they've met so he would probably hold back from giving all he's got.
