That's the coolest I've seen Cyclops look in a while. I don't know everything about Cyborg, but I think a full blast from Cyke would take most out. And he's also one of the greatest tacticians in comics.

Cyborg's blast is pretty powerful too and he's no slouch in the strength department.

If they're in close combat then yes, it does.

Cyborg. Easily. His tech is WAY too much for Cyke. He also has solar shields that absorb energy.

And his durability has withstood Superman's blows. Cyke loses.
