Its pretty even west is camping it up. But Shatner has a hot date with a green skinned slave girl. He becomes more aggressive but West rips his shirt. Big mistake like the hulk growing stronger when angry the shatner/kirk hybrid becomes stronger the more you rip his shirt until he is full ripped shirt kirk. Drop kicking west he leaps on him west manages to move out of the way but RSK swings on a dooyway, kicking West, he then produces one of the metal rods always lying about in engineering (from down his trousers) and beats West to death with it. conclusive evidence I believe!!

Batman. Why? Because he had moral subliminal messages. Like this for instance:

"Robin: When you think, Batman, with those 4 supercrooks hangin' around, it's amazing somebody hasn't already reported this place to the police!
Batman: It's a low neighborhood, full of rumpots. They're used to curious sights, which they attribute to alcoholic delusions.
Robin: Gosh, drink is sure a filthy thing, isn't it? I'd rather be dead than unable to trust my own eyes!"
