Hey, I'm into computer animation and I am working on a new project, trying something new (for me.)
I've animated my entire cartoon on A4 paper and I am taking pictures with a digital camera to send it to the PC.
The 1st problem is that the pictures are black and white and need to be coloured on the computer (for effect purposes).
So now what happens is that I put the image in MSPAINT and try to colour the area with the bucket, but it only does a pixel at a time, so what appears white is actually greys and whites altogether.
What program can be used to colour in this cartoon?
