on the final fantasy team: cloud,tifa,yuna,squall,barret,sepiroth,

marvel team:magneto,captain america,spiderman,dr.strange,thor,dead pool

Sephiroth could take Cap, Spidy and Dead Pool by himself. Unfortuantaly the other three are Mags, Strange and Thor. The FF characters lose, no one but Sephy has any degree of power without Materia or GFs.
