This one is too tough to call. If Hal could find some way to trap MM to where he couldnt leave, then he wins.

MM would also have to get out of intangibility if he were to try and punch Gl in any way. I do believe he can still use his eye beams when intangible though, but that wouldnt do much.

I say after hours of fighting, they stalemate eachother. I guess the cheap way out is that MM can wait 24 hours till Hals ring runs out of power. But thats unlikely cause the ring will tell him when he's low powered. In the end, stalemated.

I dont think Hal can freeze MM when hes intangible. Hal can however rearange MM's molecular structure. That wouldnt do much cause MM can do that himself. Minus the energy change that is.

MM's telepathy ends the fight real fast or MM partly phases in Hal giving him a heart attack... end of fight

Gl's have protection against all types of mental attacks.

MM phazing and giving Hal a hear attck. Thats if he could catch him to do that. Doubt it though.

I wonder if GL making green flames would affect MM?
