I'm gonna go with Bullseye and Cyclops.

Bullseye would take them both.

I want to say Gambit, but Cyclops has him beat in the realms of power. As for how to manipulate that power, the cajun definitely has more... innovative ways to using his powers.

But Hawkeye really weighs his team down. Not to say that Bullseye is any better, but I just can't get how Hawkeye died out of my head. I mean... whew, a well-placed match in his quiver and that's it. POOF! Gambit fights alone.

Cyclops & Bullseye win hands down.

Bullseye makes Hawkeye look like a seven year old with a toy bow. He can kill people with paper clips. He killed a man with his own TOOTH. TOOTH. Yes. Exactly.

Bullseye could take Gambit and Hawkeye, easily. Unless of course he started with no weapons. But if you start him off with a deck of cards, or a gun, he wins, hands down.
