well, i have these softwares: paint shop pro 9 and photoshop cs version 8.00

and in photoshop, i have a problem... how do you make blends, and i'm kinda figuring out how to overlap 2 images? i never really knew how to do it?

and in these 2 softwares... what other types of grphics can i make?
